Greetings
I am a licensed registered nurse, specializing in critical care, intensive care, trauma care after resuscitation, and psychiatric mental health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clayton State University, where I graduated with honors, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in psychiatric mental health, set to graduate in December 2025. With over eight years of experience, I am deeply committed to holistic, evidence-based care, working collaboratively with patients, families, and communities to promote healing and well-being. As a passionate advocate for socio-emotional and wellness outcomes, I hold licensure in 42 Nurse Licensure Compact states as well as California, allowing me to connect with and support clients across the country.
More about me
I am deeply invested in spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being and find joy in practices that align mind, body, and health. I cherish spending time with my fiancé, son, family, friends, and my Shih Tzu, Lennox. My passions include traveling, fitness, health, lifelong learning, and supporting women’s empowerment and healing.

DISCLAIMER: I am not a medical doctor. As a group holistic therapist, my role is to support your overall well-being through integrative mind-body practices. While the holistic modalities we may use—such as breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and movement therapy—can help reduce stress and support emotional balance, they are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition or concerns about your health, please consult with your doctor or a licensed medical professional.
